Pros and Cons of Remote Work

Since the pandemic, I have been working from home.

At the beginning, it was hard to get used to this change.

Now I don't waste time commuting to work anymore.

Because of this, I can sleep more.

However, working from home also has its difficulties.

Sometimes it's hard to separate work and personal life.

I miss my colleagues.

Video calls don't replace face-to-face conversation.

Still, flexibility is a big advantage.

I can take breaks whenever I want.

Overall, I like working from home.

But going to the office once in a while also feels good.

Finding balance is the most important thing.
